It all began with a simple Question.
Watching people struggle to get back on their feet and get into an ideal job after a layoff, gets you thinking. Can we make this journey any better for them?
We challenged the underlying principle.
On the other side, employers continue to face business challenges through hiring as well as layoff. Can there be a better process that complements recruitment and outplacement?
We started to Dream.
Wouldn't it be nice if laying off employees can be matched seamlessly from an organization that is laying off to an organization that is hiring.
Then it became an Idea.
An idea to build a tool that connects employers and jobseekers into a platform that seamlessly connects laid off jobseekers with hiring employers.
Validated with a Patent.
Building on top of our idea, we had constructed a unique process, that stitches together all the pieces of the hiring ecosystem. May 2021, our patent was awarded by the USPTO.
And now it’s our Mission.
We are continuing to innovate to build various features into enhancing this system to reduce the layoff period for jobseekers as well as reduce hiring lifecyle for employers.
